- The front cover has a sketch of a Victorian woman in a long dress carrying a steaming bowl. 1903 is within steam. Two courtiers hold the title banner. Two beehives are on the banner. The cover is light orange. The back has a warning about Croup. Sold by "Peter Schmitz, Pontiac, Mich., Pure Drugs, Medicines, Choice Family Groceries. Toilet and Fancy Goods, Paints, Oils, Dye Stuffs, etc. and all articles generally found in first-class Drug and Grocery Stores." Index of receipts from 1900, 1901, and 1902 are on the back end page.
