- Wrap around striped brown and tan cover. An Arab leads a camel loaded with baskets of dates. Manuscript name at the top of the front cover. The title page reads: "Dromedary Cook Book Being a collection of One Hundred thoroughly tested recipes from a large number submitted in a prize competition and employing Dromedary Dates and other superior quality Dried Fruits". Recipe categories include: breakfast dishes; sauces, conserves, etc.; sandwiches; salads; cakes, cookies and sweet breads; pies; puddings; gelatine and frozen desserts; candies; and miscellaneous.
