The front cover is white with a background pattern of blue intersecting lines. The title is in a blue circle, written in white and yellow. Beneath the title is an illustration of all the Knudsen products - milk, half and half, cream, sour cream, etc. At the very bottom is written "The Very Best. Different in Flavor . . . Better in Taste." The back cover continues the line pattern. In the center is written "Knudsen Dairy Products. The Very Best. Fresh Every Day Sold Only At Food Stores." The inside is a recipe collection using Knudsen dairy products. The inside back cover is a recipe index. Recipes are organized by Appetizers, Beverages, Breads, Desserts and Sweets, Main Dishes, Salads and Vegetables. Recipes include: Malted Buttermilk, Cottage Cheese Pie, Vienna Tarts, Campfire Fresh Pork, Ham Salad Loaf and Cauliflower Casserole.
