Description: The front cover features an illustration of a bear in front of a log cabin with large mountains in the background. The image is framed and entitled "In the Mountains." JELL-O and title are in red, green, and yellow against a dark background. The back cover is contains an image of a grandfather and little boy who has a dish of JELL-O on the steps of the home. The image is titled "In New England." and includes many trees in the Autumn. The lower half of the back cover illustrates the JELL-O Safety Bag and box, "No matter where you live, this perfect package brings JELL-O to you as fresh as when it is packed at the factory." The inside pages are made up of "New Recipes" that utilize a flavor of JELL-O in them. Some of the recipes listed are Pear Whip, Luncheon Salad, Peach Delight, Nut Frappe, Apple Snow JELL-O, Beauty Salad, and Mint JELL-O. All recipes are written in black lettering and entail step-by-step directions on how to prepare the dish. Also Included is an insert for JELL-O Ice Cream Powder with drawings by L. Ball of strawberry ice cream brick with strawberries on and around it. "Makes Ice Cream, Ices, and Puddings." There is a Strawberry Ice Cream box at the bottom of the front cover. The back cover includes a bottom circle with "Jell-O Ice Cream Powder." Recipes for orange and lemon sherbets and a notation to write them for a book of JELL-O Ice Cream Powder Recipes. Insert size is 4 1/8" x 4" and has 2 pages.
