Description
The front cover is khaki with the Westinghouse name and logo. The back cover is similar. The inside is an instruction manual for the Westinghouse "Flavor Zone" Electric Ranges as well as a collection of recipes and cooking instructions for a range of dishes. There are cooking and canning charts, menus, and lithographs in color as well as black and white.
