Herrick's Sunrise Flour. The Alan and Shirley Brocker Sliker Collection, MSS 314, Special Collections, Michigan State University Libraries. Available at https://lib.msu.edu/sliker/object/14699
This item is in the public domain.
This small leaflet has color lithographs of sacks of flour on the front and back panels. Note: The sack image on the back panel displays the ancient Sanskrit "svastika," a symbol of good luck used to decorate flour sacks during this time period. The use of this symbol predates its appropriation as the Nazi symbol, and is not the same. The inside panels describe different flours sold by Herrick's.
