This pamphlet is a child’s guide to baking, using Betty Crocker “Junior” Cake and Frosting Mixes and a child-sized bake set. Junior mixes include: Devils Food Cake, Snow White Cake, Sunny Yellow Cake, Spice Cake, Junior Ginger Cookie Mix, Junior Pie Crust Mix, and Frostings called Peanut Crème, Chocolate Fudge, White, and Chocolate Malt. All recipes involve adding water to the mix and then baking.
