The front panel is green with food chopper in a double line frame between the first half and second half of the title. The back panel is green with a food chopper with a circle of animals, vegetables, and fruit floating into it. The first page text is Pat. May 15, 1900 Awarded Silver Medal at the Food and Cookery Exhibition, Imperial Institute, London. 1899. There is a typed letter from Arthur F. Feltham, Late Chef de Cuisine to H. M. Queen Victoria. There are descriptions of what the food chopper does and explanations of the three types of choppers available. The remainder of the leaflet is recipes. This is a scanned copy on 8.5 x 11 inch paper.
