The front cover is green with a white trapezoid for part of the title, the second part is in an oval black swirl. The style is modern and it has a cow, carrots, chicken, fish, etc. The back cover is green with a white trapezoid at the bottom with the trademark in red. The end pages and the page opposite are color pictures of various foods. The basic sections are how to use and care for your aluminum utensils; Appetizers, soup, beverages; Vegetables; Fruits; Dried foods and puddings; Meats, fowl, fish; salads; Desserts; and Breakfast. Each section starts with a color picture of the food category, the next page has the basic utensils to use for that groups. Each page has a picture in the upper outside edge which depicts the foods in that section. Page 97 has pictures of the test kitchens, the company guarantee, and UA 120-100M Rev. 100 in the lower left corner.
