Description

The front cover is beige with color drawing of a hostess showing a couple where to sit. There are blue bars on either side with snowflakes. The title is directly below that. There is a blue bar with snowflakes at the bottom with a blue rectangle with Kelvinator Electric Refrigerators in it. The back cover has a picture of the factory with the caption The home of Kelvinator, the oldest domestic electric refrigeration and a bit of history of the Kelvinator. The title page reads The miracle of cold. The modern home, year by year, has new devices, new luxuries, new aids to finer, better living, and at its call undreamt - of conveniences to replace age-old makeshifts. The inside pages have blue lines across the top and down the outside edge of the pages. There are color drawing of desserts and different Kelvinator products. Recipes are for appetizers, entrees, salads, desserts, and iced drinks. Some pages have hints in the margin outside the blue line. The centerfold has suggestions for using your Kelvinator and an illustrations of a woman putting food in a Kelvinator in the correct placement.
