The front end page has "Science Finds a Better Way - Waterless Cooking" in orange print with in black text a description of the waterless process, its nutritional advantages, its economic advantages and how to use and care for the aluminum waterless cooker. There is a Directions Chart for the Improved Aluminum Waterless Cooker followed by a promotion of the "9 Advantages of Health and Economy cooking with the Improved Aluminum Waterless Cooker" with a color illustration of a woman in an apron removing food from a cooker on a table. Tested Recipes for main dishes are followed by "Additional Suggestions For Waterless Cooker Dishes and recipes for desserts. The back end page shows Additional Cooker Insets: wire rack, pudding pan and duplicate pans.
