Below, a color portrait of Brer Rabbit separates the two sections of text on the front cover. The beige back cover of the pamphlet is blank. The title page of the pamphlet includes a black, brown and white portrait of Brer Rabbit, plus text reading This Book To My Many Friends, Brer Rabbit, Penick & Ford Ltd., New Orleans, La. Approximately the first half of the inside pages include the story of Brer Rabbit's world travels, eventually leading him to New Orleans. Black, brown and white drawings accompany the story.
