The front panel begins at the top with "Hammondsport Wine Co." written in gold lettering and continues with a drawn color illustration of the company office and plant. It is drawn in a brown outlined circle. Below the illustration, there is a triangular trademark of the Hammondsport Wine Co. At the very bottom the panel it states "Do not be deceived by concerns of similar names." The back panel starts off at the top with the brand "Golden Age Champagne" written in gold lettering. In the center of the panel there is a drawn color illustration of a green and gold champagne bottle. There are four different phrases in various spots around the illustration. The inside panels consist of a few paragraphs explaining the product along with a list of the company's champagne, wines and brandy. There is also a letter on the bottom left written by Faxon from Williams & Faxon. The company was in business until Prohibition.
