- The front panel features a pink and white background with four different dishes that use pineapple in them. The title "New Dole Pineapple Sauce" is written in orange and purple lettering in the top left corner. The back cover contains the company name and address, bulk mailing information, and information about receiving fine pineapple recipes with self-addressed business-size envelope. The bottom left corner consists of the copyright information. The inside panels entail various recipes including frozen fruit bars, Indian summer chicken simmer, pineapple lemon mousse, island pineapple spread, chunky pineapple cookies, pineapple sauce smoothie, Caribbean fish steaks, Hawaiian ham spread, chilled pineapple raspberry soup, and lanai beach salad dressing. Each recipe has a list of ingredients needed along with directions on how to prepare the beverage or dish. There are different photographic illustrations located throughout the inside panels.
