The front cover features a black and white wash drawing of four children enjoying servings of Marshmallow Creme. Below, the title "Quality Desserts Prepare With Miss Curtis' Marshmallow Creme" is written in black lettering followed by the author Emma E. Curtis. The back cover begins at the top with the phrase "The Ideal Sauce For All Desserts" and continues with a container of Marshmallow Creme plus a gold medal from the Panama-Pacific Exposition in 1915. The inside pages are dedicated to various recipes that use Marshmallow Creme in them. Each recipe falls under one of the eight categories including frostings, puddings, gingerbread, sauces, salads, sandwiches, frozen dishes, candy, and jellies and sponges. All recipes contain the ingredients needed plus directions on how to prepare the dish.
