Description

The front cover features a drawn color illustration of a red headed woman wearing a red dress and blue and white checked apron as she puts crab meat into a mixing bowl. The title, "Prize Winning Recipes" is written in blue lettering at the top. Underneath the illustration, the phrase "66 Fascinating ways to serve Japanese Deep-Sea Crab Meat" is written in yellow, red, and blue lettering. The back cover contains two color illustrations including a casserole dish on a dining room table and an unpackaged can of crab meat on a black bull's eye. The front end pages entails the index and continues with an informational page titled "The Deep-Sea Delicacy of Remarkable Versatility." The following inside pages are dedicated to various recipes that use Crab meat in them.
