The front panel features a green map of the United States with six red stars followed by two cans of Chicken of the Sea Tuna. The title "Tuna Recipes" is written in yellow and blue lettering against a white background. The back panel contains a coupon for Hot 'N Cold Slicing Knives. There are blank spaces for the customers name and address located at the bottom. The inside panels begin with a drawn color illustration of a mermaid next to three cans of White Star Tuna and a large knife. There are various phrases such as "Serrated edge for hot things," "Straight edge for cold things," "The brand that made tuna famous," and "Non-Tarnish" written in different spaces throughout the inside panels. The rest of the inside panels are dedicated to six recipes that utilize White Star Brand Tuna in them. The recipes include Tuna Casserole, Creamed Tuna and Rice, Tuna Cocktail, Tuna Club Sandwich, Tuna 'N Chips, and Tuna Salad.
