The front cover features a drawn illustration of a Crescent Mapleine bottle, pitcher, cheese plate, and two plates of dainties. Above the illustration, the title "Mapleine Dainties and How to Make Them" is written in black lettering against a gray background. The back cover begins at the top with the brand name "Mapleine" and continues with the phrase "Cost is so small it scarce costs at all and everybody'd buy it if everybody'd try it" written in black lettering.
