The front cover features a drawn colored illustration of a six-horse drawn four-wheel supply wagon with the company Amour & Co. written on the outside of the wagon cover. The title "Souvenir" is written in gold lettering below the illustration. The back cover contains a sketch of a steer on the left with a butcher in the center and a face on a globe to the right. The inside pages begin with a view of Armour's packing House and continue with various pages explaining the history of certain aspects of Armour & Co. including the history of Chicago, the house of Armour & Company, the local beef houses, the oleo factory, the canned meat department, Armour's Extract of Beef, condensed mince meat, the Armour glue works, and electric railway. All topics entail multiple paragraphs of information and various drawn illustrations. The last inside page contains "Some of the Armour Specialties" such as Shield Lard, Fancy Creamery Butterine, and Luncheon Delicacies in Glass. All the content located on the inside pages is written in green lettering. No page numbers.
