The front cover features a photographic color illustration of a red railroad engine cut-up. At the top, the title "Cut-Cups" is written in black, orange, and brown lettering. At the bottom, the phrase "Celebration cakes by Baker's Coconut" is written in black lettering. The back cover begins at the top with a photographic illustration of a lion cut-up followed by an orange panel containing information about obtaining more copies. The front end page consists of the table of contents plus all copyright information located at the bottom. All of the inside pages are dedicated to various cut-cup cakes and how to make them. For example, the first cut out cake, located on pages four and five, is "The Cannonball Express" which is a cake cut-up of a train cake. On page four, there is the illustration of the completed cut-up cake and on page five, there are step-by-step directions along with a diagram illustration. The rest of the cut-ups are laid out exactly like this . Some of the designs listed include a hot air balloon, doll, dog, turkey, and Christmas tree. The back end page begins at the top with the title "Frostings For The Cake" and contains five recipes for various types of frostings such as coconut pecan and chocolate coconut.
