Description: The front cover features a drawn color illustration of a teenager handing a plate of cookies to a young man. The title, "Teen-Time Cooking With Carnation" is written in black and red lettering above the illustration. The back cover contains an illustration in the top left corner of a young girl sitting on a kitchen stool and looking at a blue cookbook. The bottom right corner contains part of the man's elbow from the front. The inside pages are dedicated to various topics discussing Teen Cooking and recipes. Some topics include first rule of the kitchen road, picnic recipes, planning a party, and recipes for a party. There are various drawn color illustrations located throughout the inside pages depicting different gatherings with prepared foods. Some the recipes that can be found in this pamphlet include south of the border noodles and beef, chili dogs, double chocolate brownies, and homemade strawberry ice cream. The back end page is titled "It's My Very Last Word" and includes a couple paragraphs describing Carnation's many uses. At the bottom, there is a signature from Mary Blake, the Director of the Home Service Department.
