The front panel begins at the top with the title "Modern Cookery In Super-Thick Vapor-Seal Aluminum" and continues with an oval containing a brown silhouette of a woman putting a pan on the stove. At the bottom, there are three pans. The back panel starts off with the phrase "Mirro Vapor-Seal Super-Thick Aluminum for Waterless Cooking" and continues with a few paragraphs about the Vapor-Seal Super-Thick Aluminum utensils. Below, there is a seal from the Good Housekeeping Institute. The inside panels begin with the heading "Save Fuel" and continue with three informational sections titled Waterless Cooking, Save On Fuel, and Use Cheaper Meats written in brown lettering. The rest of the inside panels are dedicated to various recipes including Sweet Sour Cabbage, Frozen Vegetables, Pork Chops and Corn, Fruit Salad Dressing, Buttered Beets, and Rice.
