The front cover features a cartoon of a maid in a black uniform with an ornate white collar, cuffs, and an apron as she stirs the chafing dish. The background is a Victorian green wall paper. Above the cartoon, the title "The Chafing Dish" is written in black lettering inside of a white block. The back cover is plain. The inside pages begin with a couple of promotions for the chafing dish, a poem, and some illustrations of various products. The rest of the inside pages are dedicated to different recipes that can be made in the chafing dish. Some of the recipes listed are Chicken Croquettes, Scrambled Eggs, Lobster Patties, and Welsh Rarebit. Throughout the inside pages there are various illustrations depicting different models of the Chafing dish. Page thirty two contains the index for the pamphlet. The back end page is blank.
