The front of the trade card features two drawn colored illustrations. The illustration on the left hand side contains a woman in her under wear in front of a hot stove holding a fan in her left hand while wiping her forehead with hanky with her right hand. The illustration on the right hand side contains a fully dressed and comfortable mother cheerily lifting a little girl while another girl wants to be lifted too.
