The front cover features a drawn colored illustration of a man in a blue suit, white shirt, blue striped tie, and a hat. There is a woman holding onto his arm who is wearing a white gloves, red hat and suit accentuated with red, white, and blue scarf. Their son, next to the father and mother, is wearing a white shirt with a yellow sweater. Below the illustration, the title "A New Way Of Living" is written in blue and black lettering. At the bottom, the phrase "Come over to the sunny side of life" is written in red lettering against a yellow band. The back cover is blank. The inside pages begin with a foreword and then continues with ten chapters. The chapters are split into topics such as A Penalty of Civilization, What Becomes of the Food You Eat, Suggestions for Serving All-Bran, Facts about All-Bran, and The Reducing Diet. There are also five recipes that can be found on pages twenty through twenty two. Throughout the inside pages there are drawn colored illustrations of various foods, prepared dishes, people, and diagrams.
