The yellow front panel of the two-fold, six-panel leaflet features a brown and yellow design that includes an eagle, elements of the U.S. flag (stars plus five multi-line stripes), and an oval. Inside the oval is title text reading Success With Meat, then immediately below that Buying - Cooking - Nutrition. The leaflet is noted as Compliments Of National Live Stock And Meat Board. The back panel features the heading, Meat In Nutrition, noting that Meat Is The Foundation Of The Meal. It proceeds to identify the meat needs of every family member, then additionally what children need.
