- The trade card predominantly features an image of a baby holding a box of DeLand soda in left hand and covering her face with right hand. Underneath the image text reads, "You can't see 'Baby Lo' but hold me to the Light and I'll see you." and "The 'Cap Sheaf Brand' Soda is the best". The back of the card features only a pair of eyes. When held up to the light, the baby's closed eyes appear to open.
