- The front cover features a color image of a woman admiring a boy's drawing and (below) a color image of a boy artist sitting on a log and painting a log cabin. Text "Artist's Album" is on a blue banner running in between the two images. The back cover features a box of Warner's Log Cabin Sarsaparilla. The pamphlet is printed half one way and the other half printed the other way. The first page of the front half features a competition for the best colored images from the pamphlet, offering prizes. The first page of the back half has a log cabin maze puzzle. Both halves of the inside pages feature advertisements for Warner's products with customer testimonials and images.
