The front cover features a J.R. Watkins medallion on a chain between two stone men that are also holding the title up. The text is silver on blue background. The years "1868" and "1907" are under the statues. The back cover features the same title as the front, along with the text, "English Edition" and a 1907 calendar between two stone columns. There is a box at the bottom of the cover for the seller's name and address, and on this is stamped, "Harry F. Tower, 420 Harrison Ave., Beloit, Wis. Traveling Salesman for The J. R. Watkins Medical Co." There is a hole in the upper left hand corner. The inside pages feature weather forecasts, astrological predictions, fashions of the day, recipes, music pages, and many advertisements for Watkins' remedies and how they can be used.
