Horse drawn Watkins wagon is on the road. The title reads along the top of the page with other text, including "1916" and "49th year" down the middle. The back features a calendar for 1916 and a drawing of a farmer watching his wife throw leaves into a water trough for a cow, with a farmhouse in the background. At the bottom there is a a small space for salesman's name and address but there is no name.
