A large red can of Watkins Baking Powder is in the foreground. The back cover features an image of Sugar Loaf Mountain and Watkins Administration building with cars in front of it. Underneath the image, in small black text, "The Two Gibraltars of Winona; the J.R. Watkins Administration Building with Sugar Loaf Mountain in background". Stamped in upper right corner is the purple text, "C.C. Carroll, 311 South Second St., Alhambra, Cal." The inside pages feature a short introduction to baking powder and Watkins company, and then is filled with recipes using baking powder and several color images.
