Laura Carter’s ILS ordering work did not slow down after spring semester as it does in a typical year. She had many COVID-19 related ILS orders to purchase. She kept up with these, along with completing end-of-year searching of orders, processing her approval plan orders, and processing other approval plans as a back-up. Laura also helped to organize scans in a shared folder for remote working acquisitions staff to create, receive and pay orders.
