Lyudmila Ivanova prepared for remote work as much as possible ahead of time, heeding the news stories and guidelines regarding social distancing. She knew she had plenty of work that could be done remotely, so Lyudmila made print work her priority during her final week or so of working in the building. After transitioning to remote work, Lyudmila has remained very efficient. She continues to process subscriptions and transfers. Lyudmila is keeping up with noting COVID-19 information in our records. She is actively thinking about our upcoming migration from Sierra to a new system, and has conducted cleanup work with that in mind. Her work is very much needed and appreciated.
