Though MSU Libraries remain closed to the public due to COVID-19, we are preparing to welcome students this fall, and we are working on changes inside our Library to welcome people safely. Our goal is to reopen to the public August 24. Until then (and after), we will continue to offer virtual services. Many resources remain available. Please see our Online and Distance Learning resource page for specific Library resources. Reference services are still available via chat and phone. We do have temporary policies for returning/renewing material.
In an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the MSU Libraries will be opening Distance Services to all students, staff, and faculty.
Get It @MSU (Interlibrary Loan, Document Delivery)
Welcome to the InterLibrary Services unit, where we borrow materials from other libraries for your use and deliver MSU materials to you through Document Delivery services. We also lend MSU materials to libraries across the world.
ALERT: Due to the current situation involving COVID-19, many libraries are suspending loans of physical material through interlibrary loan. We will not be able to process requests for loans of physical material until further notice. We will still process article requests and loans from the MSU Libraries collection for Distance Services.
Faculty can still make purchase-on-demand suggestions via their ILLiad account for us to review. Students and staff can use the suggest a purchase form.
