Damaged Items or Replacement Policy

Materials that are damaged during use or not returned may be subject to replacement charges. An invoice will be created and sent to the borrowing library.

We do accept replacement copies. The copy would have to be the same edition (same format) and in new or "like new" condition. Books should not have any underlining or highlighting. We do not accept ex-library copies. We do not accept mass paperbacks. We do reserve the right to reject the replacement copy.

If an edition/version cannot be found but a different one is located, please contact us and we will check with the selector to see if they will accept a different edition/version.

If the original item is located and returned to us, it is possible to request a refund of replacement charges that have been paid minus a $25 processing fee within one year of the payment of the replacement charge.
