Description
The cover letter, dated May 24, 1915, was sent with the recipe pamphlet "Dainty Desserts for Dainty People." The letter includes the Knox trade mark, a wreath with a cow's head in the middle and a little Caucasian girl on one side and an African-American boy on the other side, each holding a platter with pink molded gelatine. It is unsigned.
